Climate at setup

Pick one of tropical, hot summers, temperate or cool summers. The hot and cool thresholds and the fallback temperature are pre-filled for you, and you can still change them. The sliders allow hot from 15 to 45 °C and cool from 5 to 40 °C.

Temperature tiers or ET curve

By default, demand comes from cool, normal and hot tiers based on the 3-day average of daily highs. Optionally, you can use an ET curve instead. It uses Hargreaves ET₀ from daily min and max temperature and your latitude, times 7, times a crop factor. See How it decides.

Growth-stage ramp

Young plants need less water. Choose one of these profiles, with a planting date:

• Fast Annual
• Slow Fruiting
• Established Perennial
• Your own custom curve

You can also jump straight to a stage preset from a dropdown.

Deficit mode

An optional controlled-stress mode for use after fruit set, with guardrails and a heat guard that needs the outdoor temperature sensor.
